On March 20, 2023, the city of Plovdiv, Bulgaria hosted the exhibition “Plovdiv – City of Mosaics” in the “Ivan Vazov” National Library – Plovdiv. The exhibition features images of Plovdiv’s diverse ancient and modern mosaic heritage which can be visited on the Balkan Heritage Mosaic Tour: Plovdiv. It is our hope that the exhibit will not only enable us to make the mosaic tour permanently available for citizens and tourists but also attract experts and potential donors to aid in the conservation and promotion of this heritage.
